What is the return and exchange policy for an Apple Watch band?
EVE Bands offers a 90-day return policy for a full refund on orders, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for orders under $20.
To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number, a photograph of the strap, and the reason for the return. The support team will provide further instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, you'll be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your bank.
Can I adjust my order once it is processed?
EVE Bands allows for order changes or cancellations within 8 hours of placing the order. If you need to make any changes like quantity, color, size, or shipping address, email email@example.com immediately. Requests beyond the 8-hour window cannot be accommodated as orders are processed quickly.
